The course deals with an introduction to Tides and Tidal Modeling using Delft3D and Delft-Dashboard. The objectives of the course are as follows:

1. Acquire basic knowledge of Tidal forces and how they can affect our coasts
2. learn the basic principles of the hydrodynamic modeling
3. Prepare model inputs using different data sources
4. Build a hydrodynamic model using Delft3D
5. Explore the model results using Quickplot
6. Interpret the results of the hydrodynamic model
