Physical Training Course
19 March—13 April 2023, (Three Days a week/4 Weeks) 11AM—01:00PM
The training course is a series of two levels program that targets the second-level leaders of research institutes (Deputy Directors and the Secretary-General) to help develop their leadership skills needed to successfully master the art of leadership and management, such as motivating, inspiring and guiding employees, as well as preparing them administratively, and developing their skills in their fields of expertise. The training courses also explains the financial, administrative and legal aspects governing the research institutes.
